Project listing policy

Project listings are currently unavailable. Contact support@routemyagent.dev for help with an existing listing or payment.

Policy version 2026-10-13.1. U.S. rules form our baseline. Projects from other countries may be submitted, but publishers must also meet the rules that apply where they operate and offer their services.

Metadata only. No uploads or execution.

Submit only a project name, tagline, description, category, startup or vibe-project label, and public HTTPS website link. We do not accept files, images, archives, source code, executable snippets, repository imports, identification documents or license uploads. Our listing service does not fetch submitted websites, download or run your project, execute submitted code, or connect to your infrastructure. Clerk handles account sign-in and Stripe handles payment; payment card data stays with Stripe.

Review before payment

Automated checks screen supplied metadata for restricted categories, suspicious claims, embedded code, files, credentials and prohibited content. Every listing also requires an administrator's review before the $99 one-time checkout becomes available. Rejected or pending listings cannot be purchased or published. Approved listings become public only after payment is confirmed. Editing listing content requires another review; an already paid listing does not require another fee. Payment does not override a rejection or removal. An unresolved payment dispute pauses publication; payment recovery does not bypass current review or visibility controls.

What this index accepts

Ordinary software projects in AI tools, developer tools, productivity, education, games and other eligible software categories. Descriptions must be truthful, specific, and plain text. Publishers must own or have permission to publish the content, have rights to the project and brand, and avoid misleading performance, earnings, safety or approval claims.

Prohibited and restricted listings

We reject fraud, scams, credential theft, malware distribution, criminal hacking services, trafficking, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, counterfeit goods or documents, piracy, deceptive earnings claims, impersonation, and other unlawful or rights-infringing offers.

Our directory policy also excludes regulated or higher-risk offers such as gambling, adult sexual services, cryptocurrency trading or token sales, investment advice or financial intermediation, lending or money transmission, medical diagnosis or treatment claims, controlled substances, weapon sales, and tobacco or vape sales. These exclusions are conservative product rules; they do not mean every business in those industries is illegal. A software category label does not make a restricted offer eligible.

Review is not legal certification

Metadata can omit or misrepresent a project's real activity. Automated filters and administrative review cannot verify identity, licenses, every factual claim, or legality in every jurisdiction. A listing is a paid placement, not an endorsement, security audit or regulatory approval. We may reject, hide or remove content when claims, rights or legality are uncertain. Refunds and payment disputes are handled through support and the payment records; there is no promise of search-engine indexing, rankings, traffic or sales.

U.S. source references

Our review baseline considers FTC advertising and marketing guidance, SEC investment-adviser regulation, and FDA guidance on software as a medical device. These sources illustrate relevant requirements; this policy is not an exhaustive legal code.

Report an unlawful, deceptive or infringing listing to support@routemyagent.dev. Include its public listing URL and a description of the concern; do not send secrets, unnecessary personal data or executable attachments.
