Service terms

Effective October 11, 2026. RouteMyAgent is the service’s trade name. Questions or billing concerns: support@routemyagent.dev.

What you rent

You rent a reserved slot on RouteMyAgent routing software and bring your own authorized NVIDIA API key. A slot is not a dedicated GPU or virtual machine. Provider charges, usage limits, model availability and applicable provider terms remain separate. Client subscriptions and support for custom endpoints also remain separate. We do not guarantee provider throughput or uninterrupted service.

Credit, rental time and renewal

Stripe Checkout purchases prepaid routing credit in USD. Buying credit does not start or extend a rental. The portal displays the selected model, hourly rate and total before you confirm a rental. Only the rented model is authorized. Adding time to an existing rental keeps its model and hourly price; changing model requires a new rental after release.

New rentals purchase active routing use in whole-hour blocks, deducted from prepaid credit upfront. Setup, idle time and periods without a model request do not consume the balance. Overlapping requests on the account count once, not once per agent. Failed provider requests do not consume usage time; cancellation after output has been returned and exhaustion of the time budget still consume the use already delivered. API access stops when the usage balance is exhausted. Your slot is held for five minutes to add time for the same model, with no inference during this hold, then released. There is no automatic renewal. Time temporarily reserved by running requests is shown separately; an unsuccessful request can return that reservation. Check the portal before adding time or issuing a new token. After slot release, a new rental requires a new router token. An upstream request may continue at NVIDIA after our connection closes.

Existing wall-clock rentals retain the terms accepted when purchased: their deadline continues while idle, signed out or disconnected, and through provider errors, downtime and server restarts. At expiry their five-minute renewal hold gives no inference access, then releases the slot. The portal labels these legacy rentals explicitly.

No refunds

Purchased routing credit and rental time are non-refundable, including unused credit and unused purchased time, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. Detaching your key, closing your client or closing your account does not create a refund entitlement beyond those legal rights. Contact support@routemyagent.dev about payment errors or a remedy you believe is legally required.

Credit is added only after verified Stripe payment confirmation, not merely a Checkout redirect. A payment reversal or dispute can reduce your balance and end access; credit already spent can leave a negative balance. The current service does not automatically expire unspent credit. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived by these terms.

Trial and credentials

The 30-minute active-use routing promotion is available once per Clerk account, subject to slot availability. It includes no NVIDIA credits. Clerk manages sign-in and account recovery. Attached NVIDIA keys are encrypted at rest for recovery during the active rental and decrypted in memory for routing. Disconnecting or rental expiry deletes the saved attachment; a restart restores it for active rentals. Protect your account and rental tokens; revoke compromised credentials at their issuer.

Authorized use

Use only provider accounts, keys and data you are authorized to use. Do not compromise systems, infringe others’ rights or bypass provider limits. Review model outputs before relying on them. These routing terms do not replace NVIDIA’s agreements or model licences.

Review our data and privacy notice for how the service handles your information. Confirming a credit purchase or rental indicates acceptance of these terms.
