This downloaded page works offline. It makes no network requests and saves no browser storage. Keys are encrypted with your passphrase before saving. Keep that passphrase safe: it cannot be recovered.

Recommended location: ~/.routemyagent/keys.rma-vault.json. Choose a folder you can find again; the browser cannot inspect arbitrary full paths. Only encrypted files are saved. No plaintext export or key clipboard action is provided.

AES-256-GCM · PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256, 600,000 iterations · random salt and nonce on every save. A strong unique passphrase protects a stolen file. An unlocked or compromised device can access memory; JavaScript cannot guarantee immediate memory erasure. When a client forwards a key through RouteMyAgent, its HTTPS and routing infrastructure can read it during that request.
